Experienced Breeder

Combining my role as a devoted mother and caregiver with my enthusiasm for animals has led me to develop an expertise in raising emotional support dogs that provide comfort and companionship. As part of our retired military family breeding program, we strive to surpass expectations by delivering top-notch care and individualized attention during each pup's early development stage.

Our guiding principle at PupsByMel is to deliver outstanding emotional support canines solely to lifelong households. We are deeply devoted to fulfilling every facet of this duty with utmost care and precision when matching these special puppies with their permanent families.

Happy, Healthy Bloodline

Our commitment to the wellbeing of our puppies includes having them examined by a licensed veterinarian at 8 weeks old, where they are given their first shots and dewormer. Additionally, you will be provided with a Florida health certificate showing that our vet has inspected and passed our puppies. To further guarantee the health of our puppies, we use genetic testing through Embark to verify that each one is free from defects or diseases as much as possible. A two year health guarantee contract is also given and signed by both parties. 

ENS exercises and training.

My fur creations at (PupsByMel) I develop hypoallergenic small dogs that are suitable for emotional support.  These puppies were raised, hands-on, making them submissive pets. Your puppies should be gently handled and stroked so they learn that human touch is a pleasant experience. I include Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) exercises, which are conducted twice daily from the third to the 20th day, a period believed to be a time of rapid neurological growth and development this leading to a perfect weight and temperament. 

To receive an ESA designation for your dog, request a prescription letter from your general practitioner or licensed therapist if needed; upon approval landlords cannot charge additional fees nor increased security deposits under Federal Law.

At our establishment, we understand the concerns of individuals with allergies and strive to accommodate their needs. By focusing on non-shedding breeds that are hypoallergenic, we ensure that everyone can enjoy the company of our lovable pups without worrying about allergy symptoms.

Reserving a puppy prior to its release from the breeder involves paying a non-refundable deposit of $500. Once this payment is made, the buyer will receive an invoice outlining the final cost as well instructions on how to prepare for bringing home your new furry friend!

Yes, nanny services are available for your puppy's travel needs. However, please note that these services come at an additional fee not included in the purchase price of your puppy. We believe in ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for all our furry friends by providing personalized care throughout their trip.

 Our puppy photo sessions are scheduled for 2, 4, and 6 weeks of age. We prioritize their comfort and safety above all else. When they're in the mood, we take the best possible pictures while ensuring their happiness and well-being at all times. Please understand that as they become more active, it can be challenging to capture perfect photos.
