Return and Refund Policy

Florida's pet law -- formerly known as the Pet Lemon Law -- allows consumers to return or exchange a dog or cat 14 days after purchase, only if the animal dies or a licensed veterinarian finds the animal to be unfit due to illness or disease. You have 72 hours to take your new pet to your own personal licensed veterinarian to be checked. Must have proof of illness by veterinarian and records.
